Shroomy Steak with
Salsa Roja
(Serves 2)
Salsa Roja :
4 large vine tomatoes - blackened in a pan or on a BBQ
2 large red chillis
2 cloves of garlic peeled
50ml Extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of salt
Bunch of coriander
Method :
Put all ingredients into a bowl and using a stick blender - blend until smooth. Serve with your cooked, BBQ’d or griddled Shroomy steaks.
