Shroomy Steak with
Salsa Roja


(Serves 2)

Salsa Roja :

  • 4 large vine tomatoes - blackened in a pan or on a BBQ

  • 2 large red chillis

  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled

  • 50ml Extra virgin olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Bunch of coriander

Method :

Put all ingredients into a bowl and using a stick blender - blend until smooth. Serve with your cooked, BBQ’d or griddled Shroomy steaks.
